1. Our Crafting Philosophy: Freshly Hand-Blended
At MYSAMU LTD, we believe in the art of perfumery. We do not maintain ready-made stock. Once your order is
placed, we hand-blend and freshly prepare your perfume specifically for you to ensure the highest quality, freshness,
and potency.
• Crafting Time: It takes 1–2 business days to meticulously blend and package your fragrance.
• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed starting the next business day.
• Pro Tip: Since your perfume is freshly blended, we highly recommend letting it sit in a cool, dark place for 24
hours after arrival to allow the scent notes to fully settle and mature.

• Europe Shipping (7 – 15 Business Days) — £25.00 (Flat Rate)
• Rest of the World / Worldwide (10 – 25 Business Days) — £39.00 (Flat Rate)
3. International Customs, Duties & Taxes (100% Hassle-Free & Pre-Paid)
• Pre-Paid Duties & Taxes: We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all international shipments. This
means MYSAMU LTD pre-pays all international customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees on your behalf.
• No Hidden Fees: As a customer, you will NOT have to pay any additional tax, VAT, or duty charges upon
delivery.
• Door-to-Door Delivery: Your premium fragrance package will be delivered directly to your doorstep with zero
hassle or extra collection fees.
• Customs Delays: While all taxes are completely covered by us, MYSAMU LTD is not responsible for minor
international transit delays caused by local customs inspection routines.
4. Shipping Coverage & Carriers
• UK Deliveries: All domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail or other reliable UK couriers.
• International Deliveries: Handled by premium global couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or Royal Mail International)
and handed over to your local national postal service upon arrival in the destination country.
• Multiple Items: If you order multiple items, we strive to package them together, though they may occasionally
arrive in separate packages depending on the blend preparation time.5. Order Tracking & Missed Deliveries
• Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your
delivery.
• Missed Delivery: If you are not home, the carrier will usually leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or
collection. Please collect your parcel promptly to avoid the package being returned to us.
6. Potential Delays
Delivery dates are estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays caused by courier strikes,
customs clearance processing, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions are beyond our control.
7. Address Changes & Cancellations
• Address Changes: Please double-check your address at checkout. International addresses must include correct
zip/postal codes and a valid phone number. Address change requests must be made within 12 hours of ordering.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the hand-blending
process begins, and the order cannot be cancelled.
• Note: MYSAMU LTD is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Product Disclaimers
• Color Variation: Since our perfumes are handcrafted in small batches using high-concentration oils, slight
variations in liquid color may occur. This is a sign of a truly handcrafted, premium product.
• Packaging: Bottle or cap designs may vary slightly from the images shown on the website based on global stock
availability.
9. Inspection & Storage
• Inspection: Upon receiving your package, please inspect the contents immediately. If there is any discrepancy
or error (e.g., wrong scent), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Storage: To maintain the longevity and strength of the blend, store your perfume in a cool, dry place away from
direct sunlight. MYSAMU LTD is not responsible for product degradation due to improper storage.
10. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please take clear photos of both the damaged product AND the original
outer delivery box/packaging (showing the shipping label). Email these photos to us at info@mysamu.co.uk
immediately. Please retain all packaging materials, as the carrier may require evidence for a damage claim. We will
swiftly arrange a replacement for you once the evidence is received.
